ELGAR cherishes you and your baby, and takes good care of you like a family member.

  • Equipped with a central kitchen, the food is carefully prepared by two experienced chefs, and the confinement ingredients are certified by professional institutions.

  • The meals are a combination of Chinese and Western cuisines. No MSG or artificial colors are added. There is less oil and salt. Every meal is freshly prepared and served hot to help with conditioning and postpartum recovery.

  • Invite experienced professional nutritionists to provide nutrition advice and prepare menus, so that mothers can eat slim, healthy and happy

  • Health tea and exclusive Chinese medicine soup are provided daily, and ginger juice foot bath is provided to soothe the body and mind

  • The meal content can be flexibly adjusted according to the mother's postpartum recovery, physical condition and special needs

  • Use high temperature resistant non-toxic ceramic tableware and provide reheating service
